What happened.
Buyer and seller leads increasingly start with an AI conversation. Homeowners ask what their home is worth, which local agent understands their neighborhood, and who they should call next.
HomeyPoints AI Agent Search is built for that behavior. We optimize a real-estate agent or broker's public presence so AI systems and search engines have a clearer local record to find, cite, and connect to a market.
One agent per zip code
Since 2018, HomeyPoints has used one agent per zip code as the local marketing model. If a zip is available, the featured agent's name is attached to that market.
The current plan is simple: $89 per month, month to month, with no referral split and no per-lead fee.

Every post connects a topic, a date, and supporting source context.
