Announcing AI Agent Search tools for real estate marketing

By HomeyPoints.com Staff

HomeyPoints introduces Agent AI Search tools to help real estate agents get positioned on MyHomeAgent and in ChatGPT-style AI searches.

Story

What happened.

HomeyPoints is announcing Agent AI Search tools for real estate marketing. The service is built around a simple shift: owners, buyers, and sellers are starting more real estate decisions with AI-assisted questions.

Instead of treating MyHomeAgent as an agent marketing page, HomeyPoints uses MyHomeAgent.com and FindMyHomeAgent.com as the consumer-facing search destination. HomeyPoints is the agent-facing service that prepares the public profile, local source material, structured data, and AI visibility checks behind it.

What the service does

Agent AI Search positions one agent per available zip code. The public work includes a MyHomeAgent profile path, AI-readable copy, local market content, structured data, internal links, and direct contact routing.

The goal is to help ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Alexa+, Google, and property owners understand which local agent is connected to a market. HomeyPoints cannot guarantee AI placement, search rankings, lead volume, or closed business.

Why agents should care

Agents search for practical questions: how to get listings, how to get real estate leads, how to get more buyers, how to get more sellers, how to get more clients, and how to make online marketing work. The answer is increasingly tied to clear local public information.

For HomeyPoints, the service is not a referral-fee network. It is a flat monthly marketing service: $89 per month, month to month, one agent per available zip, no setup fee for new paid members, and no referral split.

The HomeyPoints model

HomeyPoints has used one-agent-per-zip positioning since 2018. Agent AI Search applies that same local focus to AI search and MyHomeAgent.

The consumer sees a clearer agent search experience. The agent gets a focused marketing system designed around one local market and a direct contact path.
