This policy explains the current billing posture and the public subscription terms described on the site.

No online checkout currently

The website does not process payments, collect card numbers, or create Stripe checkout sessions.

Existing live customers remain on their current subscriptions unless HomeyPoints gives separate instructions and obtains appropriate approval for any change.

Introductory pricing

Pricing shown on the site is public service information and may change before a subscription agreement is finalized.

The intended model follows HomeyPoints historical terms: flat monthly fee, month-to-month service, cancel anytime, and optional zip exclusivity when available.

Refunds

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription fees are generally not refunded for prior service periods already provided.

If you believe there was a billing error, contact HomeyPoints so the issue can be reviewed.
