This policy explains SMS/text messaging practices for HomeyPoints. The current website does not require SMS to use the website.

Opt-in

HomeyPoints will only send marketing or service SMS messages where there is an appropriate opt-in or existing relationship that permits the message.

Consent to receive SMS marketing is not required to purchase services or submit an inquiry.

Message frequency and fees

Message frequency varies based on the service, inquiry, or alert type.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

Where supported, reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help.

Future lead alerts

HomeyPoints may later use SMS for instant homeowner inquiry alerts to agents only after the relevant opt-in and support language is in place.
