These terms govern use of the HomeyPoints website and marketing inquiry process. They are written for the current public site, not a future dashboard, payment portal, or homeowner lead-routing product.

What HomeyPoints provides

HomeyPoints provides real-estate marketing and AI/search visibility services for agents. The website explains the service, publishes public marketing content, and lets visitors submit contact requests.

HomeyPoints does not provide legal, tax, financial, lending, credit, appraisal, brokerage compliance, or professional advice. Agents remain responsible for their licensing, advertising, brokerage, MLS, fair housing, and local compliance obligations.

No guarantees

HomeyPoints does not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant recommendations, lead volume, closed transactions, revenue, ROI, or specific placement in ChatGPT, Gemini, Alexa, Google, or any other platform.

References to AI visibility mean public marketing work intended to make an agent easier for search engines and AI assistants to find, understand, and evaluate.

Current pricing

Pricing shown on the site is public service information for the current AI Agent Search membership and may change before a subscription agreement is finalized.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HomeyPoints uses month-to-month terms, cancel-anytime service, and flat monthly fees.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or use the contact form for spam or deceptive requests.

HomeyPoints may update or remove website content at any time as the service develops through later phases.
