The current website supports Firebase email/password account creation for HomeyPoints member accounts. HomeyPoints does not process card payments, collect government identifiers, or ask for sensitive financial, medical, credit, or lending information.

HomeyPoints uses contact submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate zip-code availability, discuss marketing services, and improve the website.

Analytics data helps HomeyPoints understand whether the site is reachable, readable, and useful to agents and homeowners.

HomeyPoints does not sell contact-form submissions.

HomeyPoints may share information with service providers that help operate the website, analytics, hosting, email, forms, and customer support.

HomeyPoints may disclose information if required by law, to protect the website, or to respond to lawful requests.

HomeyPoints is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
